Shipping policy

**Processing Time**
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.

**Shipping Time**
Standard shipping within Canada takes 6-13 business days from the date your order is processed. Shipping is free on all orders.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

**Delays**
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at bellemaresimonolivier@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.

**Lost Packages**
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your order hasn't arrived within 35 days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
